From One Cohort to Ongoing Presence
What Shawn brings, applied educational neuroscience and trauma-responsive practice built on nearly three decades of direct experience, isn't something most programs can build internally or expect existing faculty to absorb and independently deliver. So we don't try to hand it off. TrUTH stays the specialized capacity your program brings in, on a standing basis, rather than something you're expected to internalize and sustain on your own.
The Trauma-Responsive Educator™ Learning Series is built around the Four Core Capacities: Regulate, Relate, Respond, Restore. Delivered once annually to a defined cohort, on a reserved date each fall, for the length of the contract.

A Standalone Offer for Leadership Preparation
Aspiring Administrator Intensive: Leading Schools Under Pressure™
From knowing leadership theory to leading humans under pressure.
Designed for Principal Preparation Programs, Administrative Credential Programs, Educational Leadership Programs, Aspiring Administrator Programs, Leadership Residency Programs, and Future School and District Leaders.
A full-day interactive leadership intensive, built to fit inside an existing credential cohort, leadership retreat, Saturday seminar, residency, summer institute, or capstone experience. Participants work through real leadership dilemmas: a veteran teacher grows defensive during feedback, two staff members are in escalating conflict, a parent arrives angry demanding immediate action. They practice asking what's happening here, what's happening for the other person, what's happening within me, and what response protects both relationship and accountability.
Not every program is ready for the same commitment. Some want a single session to test fit before anything longer. Others are ready to reserve a place on the calendar for years to come. Aspiring administrators may need a single intensive day before they ever step into the role. Wherever you're starting from, the Free Discovery Call is the same next step at every level.
